Alla famiglia means dining family style. What it means at Riso is course after course of fab food to share with your friends; why eat one big plate when you can enjoy a series of wonderful flavours? Here are the multi-course menus for December, call to book your table!

 New York Family Style  Antipasti Fresh olives with orange, fennel & chili;  roasted garlic & chickpea pate;  house-made organic bread &  fine extra virgin olive oil   Insalata Creamy goat cheese, sliced almonds,  balsamic vinaigrette.   Pasta Spaghetti & meatballs, made in-house from local non-medicated beef & pork, in a rich tomato sauce, finished with parmigiano reggiano.  Dessert Victoria cheesecake lemon curd, Tahitian vanilla, caramel almond crust, pistachio gelato.   Dinner per person 28 Wine pairing 20    Old World Alla Famiglia  Antipasti Cured genoa salami;  fresh olives with orange, fennel & chili;  cherry peppers stuffed with sheep’s milk cheese; house-made organic bread &  fine extra virgin olive oil   Insalata Anjou pear, gorgonzola, candied walnuts,  mixed greens.  Pasta Creamy mushroom sauce with crimini & beech mushrooms, shelled peas, orecchiette pasta, finished with truffle oil.   Braised Short Ribs Local grass fed beef, slow cooked & finished with red-wine demi-glace accompanied by  seasonal side dishes.
