Water Buffalo Mozzarella

Fresh water buffalo mozzarella just arrived from Italy, first-of-the-season local arugula, primavera pesto, olive oil poached BC heirloom tomatoes, & double-smoked speck from Tirol.


We make this classic meat ragu with grass-fed local beef, San Marzano tomatoes, toss it through our house-made pasta, & finish it with Parmigiano-Regianno.

Smoked Pork Jowl Pizza

Local free-range pork, pecorino, fresh mozzarella, first-of-the-season local arugula, & San Marzano tomato sauce.

Eton Mess

Pavlova meets Labrador Retriever. Well, that’s the story anyway.

Vanilla cream, shards of lemon poppy seed meringue, local kiwi coulis, mango & pineapple.
